LITERATOS – Literacies and Occupation in the Digital Era (ALODIGI)

LITERATOS (ALODIGI) is an interdisciplinary research project that investigates how different forms of literacies—linguistic, digital, STEM, media, civic, and intercultural—affect occupations, employability, and social inclusion in the context of Industry 4.0 and the digital economy. The project aims to bridge the gap between institutional discourse on key competences and their actual recognition and value in the labor market.
